Program Overview:
Applicant Tracking Systems, while time saving and efficient, can inadvertently cause unintended consequences including unconscious bias, discrimination, and filter out qualified candidates. More and more legal actions are being taken by applicants who have solid cases of discrimination and bias in hiring caused by ATS. Employers need to beware and scrutinize their ATS to ensure against lawsuits and guard against disparate impact.
